This is an event of national importance focusing on sbrisolona and all typical sweets from the Mantua area, but not only: the best companies producing typical sweets from the various regions will also be selected, as well as a special area dedicated to artisan chocolate. A great open-air festival where visitors, enthusiasts, tourists and industry professionals will meet in the beautiful city of the Gonzaga for a weekend of tasting and discovering all that exquisite Mantua and its land have to offer. During the three days there will be shows, show-cooking and many other live events such as gastronomic challenges, concerts, installations and street artists.
There will be many names from the world of confectionery and chocolate, as well as great chefs and food bloggers. It will be a very sweet weekend where you will be able to find many typical excellences at the stands of the best producers, meet big names from the world of sport and show business, and discover the artistic and historical treasures of the Lombard terroir.
