Soave wine is ready to conquer Castelvecchio with tastings, seminars, and breathtaking views of the Adige River. On Monday, September 9th, wine professionals and enthusiasts will gather on the beautiful terrace at Circolo Ufficiali for an exclusive event celebrating Soave wine and its surrounding landscape, which the FAO (Food and Agricoltural Organization) has designated as an agricultural heritage of global significance. Attendees can taste a range of wines from about forty of the region’s top vineyards.

Appuntamento Soave is a new format designed to bring together valuable content, starting with the diverse interpretations of Soave wines present,” explains Igor Gladich, head of the Soave Consortium. “It was created for Verona at a critical juncture in market trends, both in Italy and abroad, which appreciate fresh, flavorful white wines with low alcohol levels. The event will occur in Verona, a city with a long history associated with Soave wine production. This event will address the press and industry experts, with a special emphasis on the worlds of cuisine and sommelier, yet will also involve the general public, both enthusiasts and newcomers. After all, let’s not forget that wine is primarily about the pleasure of conviviality and the joy of being together.”
