On Saturday 27 July from 8 p.m., one of the most eagerly awaited events in Bussolengo, province of Verona, returns: ‘Scent of fishing: dining in De Gasperi’. The suggestive dinner under the stars with a long table for 300 guests in the citytown that for the second time will be held in Via De Gasperi, during which participants will be able to taste the specialities of a menu all based on local peaches, from starters to dessert. Among the dishes served will be peach risotto with almond granules and mint, seared beef with liquorice and peach sauce, and a dessert, of course, based on the star fruit of the dinner. Music by the violin duo ‘Note dal vivo’ will accompany the meal.
Places for the dinner are limited: tickets, subject to availability, can be purchased online at gardavoyager.com by searching for “Profumo di Pesca: Cenando in via De Gasperi” or at Café 110 in Piazza 26 Aprile or at the Castioni tobacconist’s shop at the Porte dell’Adige.
The price is 30 euro for adults, 15 euro for children up to the age of twelve.
