In Val d’Ega (BZ), in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, between one downhill run and the next you will also immerse yourself in taste, accompanied by the view of the Rosengarten and the majestic Latemar reflected in the legendary waters of Lake Carezza.

Beef & Snow offers the opportunity to enjoy the pleasure of the slopes while discovering local products, especially the inimitable taste of high-quality beef from Val d’Ega. As the ski season enters its final phase, the mountain huts and restaurants in Carezza and Obereggen create culinary masterpieces dedicated to South Tyrolean specialties, a variety of special recipes and tasty dishes, from the traditional to the innovative, in a mix of passion for the land and its typical products that is sure to please even the most refined palates.
