Fiera del Bollito con la Pearà menu
Bollito con la pearà, a traditional meal of boiling pork topped with a peppery bread sauce, will take center stage, along with fifty other seasonal options. Among the highlights will be a selection of risottos prepared by the specialist Mastri Risottari. Aside from the well-known risotto “all’isolana,” expect seasonal favorites such as pumpkin risotto and numerous dishes created with the prestigious Nano Vialone Veronese IGP rice. Guests can also shop for local products, including rice-based specialties, in the festival’s Borgo del Riso, which has been reimagined to focus on rice and associated products.
