The Gambero Rosso 2025 “Ristoranti d’Italia” Guide has been unveiled, and Verona has achieved a remarkable triumph, with Casa Perbellini 12 apostoli securing the prestigious Tre Forchette award. This elite accolade, granted to only 52 restaurants out of the 2,430 listed in the guide, signifies the highest rating, placing Casa Perbellini among Italy’s finest dining establishments.

Led by the renowned chef Giancarlo Perbellini, the historic Verona-based restaurant now joins the elite ranks of Italian cuisine. Last year, the restaurant’s evaluation had been postponed due to its relocation, which occurred after the 2024 guide was finalized. With the reopening, any formal assessment had to wait for the next edition.

“After a year of anticipation,” commented Chef Perbellini, “we’ve finally reached the highest goal, confirming an incredibly successful season. This recognition gives us great energy and reassures us that we’re on the right path, thanks to a strong team effort where both the kitchen and the dining room play fundamental roles.”
