The picturesque town of Malcesine on Lake Garda is set to host a unique gastronomic event, “Pearà on the Road Around the Lake.” From August 30 to September 1, food lovers will gather to savor traditional Veronese dishes while enjoying the stunning views of Lake Garda.

Visitors can try a selection of regional delicacies throughout the three-day festival, which runs from 6:00 PM until midnight. The highlight, of course, is pearà, a classic Veronese sauce made with breadcrumbs, broth, pepper, and beef marrow that usually comes with cotechino, a rich and tasty sausage.

Alongside pearà with cotechino, attendees can also enjoy other regional dishes such as Amarone risotto and polenta served with various accompaniments, each showcasing the depth and diversity of Veronese culinary tradition.
