On Sunday, 4th August, in Erbezzo, one of the localities in the Lessinia mountains near Verona, a gastronomic event will take place to celebrate one of the most beloved dishes of local tradition: the “sbatui” gnocchi (beaten gnocchi) of Lessinia. The festival returns to offer participants the opportunity to enjoy these delicious gnocchi prepared by the winners of the “Palio degli Gnocchi 2024“.
From 12 p.m. to 7 p.., the village of Erbezzo will come alive with a true celebration featuring gnocchi, conviviality, craft markets, and music. For animal lovers, there will be the chance to try horse riding, offering an opportunity for children to get closer to the world of equestrianism. In the afternoon, the square in Erbezzo will host a band, providing live music to create a festive and engaging atmosphere. The day will culminate with a fireworks display lighting up the sky.
