Never before has the Tiramisù World Cup attracted so many international participants. From October 10 to 13, the most delicious competition of the year comes to Treviso for the Grand Finale, where the 2024 Tiramisù will be crowned. The eighth season began with two foreign stages in São Paulo (Brazil) and Toronto (Canada) in June, and the countdown is now on for the challenge at Piazza Borsa in Treviso.

The 2024 Tiramisù World Cup will be dedicated to Turismo delle Radici (heritage tourism), the journey of many Italians living abroad to uncover their family history and roots. The competition will include two types of recipes: some candidates will try to duplicate the original recipe, while others will create unique Tiramisù. At the end of the competition, two winners will be chosen, one from each category. The 2024 Tiramisù kings and queens will be determined by an examination of judges who will taste the entries and evaluate their technical execution, aesthetic performance, flavor intensity, dish balance, and flavor and harmony.

In addition to applying to participate in the competition by selecting between creating the original dessert recipe (eggs, sugar, mascarpone, coffee, savoiardi, and cocoa) or the creative one (where the biscuit can be replaced and up to three ingredients added), you can also try to become a judge in the TWC Selections.
