With a motor rally, flower exhibitions, and vintage markets, Bardolino di Pasqua (Easter Bardolino) is getting ready for a full weekend of events. The Lake Garda municipality will be festively decorated to welcome tourists and visitors during the Easter holiday, which begins today and runs through April 1.
The festivities begin today with an exhibition of plants, flowers, cuisine, and crafts, which will also be open tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Among the 40 exhibitors, there will be no shortage of Stringhetto chocolate craftsmen, who have become a symbol of Verona’s lake areas. On the spot, skilled artisans will create a chocolate egg in which to add a personalized gift or message.
But that’s not all. The Bardolino Top Foundation, which funds the events, has further initiatives planned. A craft and vintage market will be held in Cisano’s Piazza Lago from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today through Monday. On Sunday, March 31, at 9 p.m., the Bardolino Philharmonic presents a free choral performance at Saints Nicholas and Severus Parish Church. Another must-see event is the 8th Pasquetta al Lido di Cisano, organized by the Bardolino Motoclub Association: a mototour followed by a social gathering and live music. Motorcycle owners and moto lovers in general are welcome to join, but reservations are required at 351.6943583.
