After weeks of anomalous heat and summer temperatures, autumn has finally arrived in Verona too. The abrupt drop in temperatures was immediately felt and the forecast says that there will be a worsening with rain, especially at the weekend. To cope with the first cold weather, the Municipality of Verona has announced that the radiators can already be switched on.
In the Verona area, climate zone E, heating systems installed in buildings can already be turned on until 15 April 2024 for a maximum of 14 hours a day between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. Maximum temperatures of 19 °C are allowed for public and private buildings and 17 °C for industrial and similar buildings, with the exception of hospitals, rest homes, kindergartens and nursery schools.
